SavingStar allows you to load your coupons onto your favorite store cards from their website.  When you check out, you are credited the coupon amount to an account which pays out once you reach $5.00 in savings or more, you collect via your bank account, Paypal or a gift card instead of cash off at the register.  I found the phone app for my Droid phone...it will notify you of new coupons and you can add them to your store cards from your phone!  I love the app!
